User Cancellations
- You may cancel a ride/order before the rider/driver is assigned at no cost.
- If cancellation occurs after assignment, a cancellation fee may apply.
Driver/Rider Cancellations
- If a driver/rider cancels, no cancellation fee will be charged to the user.
- A new rider/driver will be assigned automatically (based on availability).
No-Show Policy
If the rider arrives and waits for 10 minutes without user response, the booking may be
auto-cancelled with a no-show charge.
Payments
- All payments must be completed through approved payment methods.
- Additional charges (toll, parking, waiting time) may apply.
Safety
- Users and riders must follow all safety guidelines.
- Misconduct, abuse, or unsafe behavior may result in account suspension.
Limitation of Liability
ReadyRider is not liable for any indirect, accidental, or consequential damages during service
use.
Changes to Terms
We may update terms without prior notice. Continued use of the service indicates acceptance
