Welcome to Ready Rider, a ride-booking and transportation service operated by SKYLITE TRADEINDIA TECHNOLOGY PVT LTD. (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) explain the rules for using the Ready Rider application and related services. By registering or using Ready Rider, you agree to these Terms.
1. Definitions
* App: The Ready Rider mobile application.
* Services: Ride booking, vehicle tracking, transportation, and related services provided through Ready Rider.
* User: A person using Ready Rider to book or use a ride.
* Driver: A driver registered with Ready Rider to provide transportation services.
2. Eligibility
* Users must be 18 years or older to use Ready Rider, unless otherwise permitted by applicable law.
* Users and drivers must provide accurate information during registration.
* Ready Rider may suspend or deactivate an account if false information, misuse, or violation of these Terms is identified.
3. Booking and Rides
* Users can book rides through the Ready Rider App.
* Ride availability depends on the availability of registered drivers.
* Pickup and destination details must be provided accurately.
* Users and drivers are expected to behave respectfully and follow applicable laws and safety guidelines.
4. Fares and Payments
* Applicable fares will be displayed through the App.
* Payments may be made using the payment methods available in the App.
* Users are responsible for paying the applicable fare and any valid additional charges.
5. Cancellation
* Rides may be cancelled according to the cancellation rules applicable at the time of booking.
* Any applicable cancellation charges will be displayed or communicated through the App.
* Refunds, where applicable, will be processed according to the applicable payment and refund policy.
6. Safety
* Drivers and vehicles may be required to complete verification and documentation as applicable.
* Users and drivers must follow all applicable traffic and safety rules.
* Users should use available safety features, including the SOS/emergency assistance feature, when necessary.
* Ready Rider may take appropriate action against accounts involved in unsafe, abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful activities.
7. Location Services
Ready Rider may use location information to provide services such as:
* Finding nearby drivers
* Ride tracking
* Navigation
* Pickup and drop-off coordination
* Real-time ETA
* Safety and emergency assistance
Users and drivers must provide the necessary location permissions for these features to function properly.
8. User Conduct
Users and drivers must not:
* Provide false or misleading information.
* Use the App for unlawful purposes.
* Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or drivers.
* Damage vehicles or property.
* Misuse the Ready Rider platform or its safety features.
* Attempt to interfere with or misuse the App or its systems.
9. Privacy
Ready Rider collects and processes information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you acknowledge the applicable privacy practices described in that policy.
10. Account Suspension or Termination
Ready Rider may temporarily suspend or permanently deactivate an account if the user or driver:
* Violates these Terms.
* Provides false information.
* Misuses the platform.
* Engages in fraudulent, unsafe, or unlawful activity.
11. Limitation of Liability
Ready Rider will take reasonable measures to provide safe and reliable services. However, to the extent permitted by applicable law, the Company will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use the service.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be made available through the Ready Rider App or website. Continued use of Ready Rider after an update means you accept the revised Terms, subject to applicable law.

For complaints, support, or concerns regarding Ready Rider, users and drivers may contact our support team through the Contact Support section available in the App or through the official contact details provided by the Company.

14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the applicable jurisdiction in Tripura, India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

By registering for or using Ready Rider, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
